What we believe

The basis of the faith for Eastern and Coastal Diocese is that We believe, teach, and proclaim the truths of God’s Word as found in the Holy Bible as the only basic and accurate basis for doctrines and church life and in the one-world relationship of the Church. Apostles, Apostles, Athanasio and Lutheran Churches, especially the Augsburg Non-Reformed Church and the Martin Lutheran Catechism are a true description of God’s Word. Any code that contradicts this belief will be invalid.

The heart of the Lutheran Church’s beliefs is the doctrine of justification, the teaching of how we are declared righteous in God’s sight.

A sinner is justified by Grace alone (sola Gratia) through Faith alone (sola Fide) for the sake of Christ alone (solus Christus), a truth revealed to us in Scripture alone (sola Scriptura).

The Only Method.
Our justification and salvation are both solely by the sovereign Grace of God. John 3:16.

The Only Means.
“We are saved by Faith Alone but the faith that saves is never alone“ – Martin Luther.

The Only Mediator.
Salvation is possible only by HIS death and resurrection. Acts 4:12.

The Only Foundation.
Bible is the only infallible and sufficient rule for governing issues of life and doctrine.

SALVATION, CREATION and HUMAN BEING:
Salvation is not for sale”, “Creation is not for sale” and “Human being is not for sale”.
