Eastern and Coastal Diocese has seven dispensaries in Kisarawe, Maneromango, Mjawa, Mtoni, Mwalusembe, Sangwe and Zanzibar. It is offering social services like an HIV/AIDS program to orphans, widows, PLWHA (infected), families of PLWHA (affected); counselling; mitigation and material support (food, clothing).
